“For the last several months, I’ve been taking spin classes with Gina every week. When I first started out, I hadn’t been to a spin class since before the pandemic. I wasn’t as fit as I wanted to be and was very nervous I wouldn’t be able to keep up. Gina created a fun and energetic environment while encouraging me to challenge myself. The structure of her classes and the motivation behind them made me want to come back every week and work hard, even on days when it would have been easier to stay home and not work out. Gina is great at pumping you up and making you feel like you can keep going. I highly recommend her!
